Carriers in the United States race each other in offering great deals on some of the most expensive flagships available on the market. Not long ago, T-Mobile announced
a BOGO (buy one, get one for free) deal on the Samsung Galaxy S8
and S8+, while LG had a similar promotion on the G6
, which was quickly pulled
for reasons unknown.
Sprint has an entirely different promotional offer, which targets Apple fans rather than Android users. The carrier recently launched a BOGO deal on the iPhone 7, but it’s only available for customers who want to lease the phones instead of buying them.
Basically, you can buy an iPhone 7 and pay $27.09 per month, and receive a second iPhone 7 for free (after bill credits). Keep in mind though that at least one the two Apple smartphones must be activated on a new line.
As mentioned, you won’t be purchasing the iPhone 7 devices, so you’ll have to use the 18-month lease option made available by Sprint. Also, both phones must be on Unlimited Freedom plans, and you’re allowed to switch to a newer iPhone after one year. Obviously, you’ll have to return the iPhone 7 when you upgrade to a more modern smartphone
